The desire to live life on the edge brought me to the heaven of oceanfront homes.
The very thought of beach sunset, water sports, whale watching and sport fishing etc instigated a research and led me to east of the United States to The Cape and The Islands. Upon further examination I found the ecstasy known as the Cape Cod luxury homes and the Falmouth luxury homes located roughly to the east of New York in Massachusetts.
Cape Cod waterfront homes are second home to a number of celebrities, wealthy families and tourists and as are the Falmouth waterfront homes. Compared to inland locations Cape Cod’s weather is more moderate and is cool in summers and warm in winters.
The history, maritime nature and ample beaches of the Cape Cod engage heavy tourism during the summers. Falmouth hosts the celebrated Falmouth Road Race.
The race running seven miles from Woods Hole village to the Height Beach in Downtown Falmouth is a yearly race incepted in 1973 that brings around 10,000 runners from all over the world. The ocean temperature around the cape is cool and is near 18 °C throughout the year. The south-western part of the town of Falmouth consists of the retreating glaciers and many glacial erratic are tossed around the area. The surrounding climate is temperate marine.
Owning a beach comes with its own perks. The view from a waterfront home is hypnotizing; the very sight of the sun rising over the horizon and the sound of waterfowl waking up for a new day is spellbinding. Researchers claim that sea water and sea air are healthy. Sea air stimulates the process of sleep and hence refreshes the mind. Sitting in the sun not only feels goods but also improves skin and aids the skin conditions. Saltwater is known for its tendency to heal wounds, reduce infections and promotion of pain relief. Bathing in seawater removes toxins from thebody by opening the pores and is beneficent in eliminating trapped fluids near the thighs, knees and ankles. Swimming in seawater promotes the elasticity of the skin.
These details aroused my interest in Falmouth real estate and Cape Cod real estate.
I found some Cape Cod Homes for sale and Falmouth Homes for sale on the internet and real estate agencies. I holidayed there and met some real estate agents and enquired about the related constraints. For instance, a sandy beach being a very scarce kind of property lets the kids enjoy the shore and for the seniors a good view is all it takes to fascinate and magnetize, choosing the properties that have flatter waterbed is desirable etc.
When roaming in the bliss of the Cape islands, I found the Cape Cod oceanfront refreshingly exuberant, lush and effervescent. Falmouth oceanfront is rockier and is surrounded by pikes and Oakes. Southern shore of Falmouth boasts of a series of ponds and rivers close to one another travelling into the town to some distance.
Even the thought of living in places like these is enthralling.
